• Cooking instructions: Bring 4 quarts of water and 2 tsp salt to a rapid boil. Add 2 tsp oil and 10 ozs of pasta. Stir gently until water returns to boil. Cook 3 minutes then turn off heat and cover pot 7 minutes or until pasta is tender yet firm. Pour pasta into colander to drain the water. Pasta will stay warm for up to 15 minutes if you put it back in the pot and cover it.

Organic foods are grown in soil that is nurtured not treated… which means top soil groundwater rivers lakes streams watersheds fish & wildlife and people are not compromised. Healthy food grows in healthy soil. You can often taste the organic difference!
